Everything on the 'Take Care of Yourself' EP is a chapter. Presented as a cycle, it reflects Jules’ personal story with mental health and portrays how it can affect individuals or groups of people. Recorded in the home of E3 Entertainment studios, this debut EP holds a variety of colours and flavours in its sound and lyrics. From the fast paced first single ‘Bad Day’ released in February 2018, to the punchy ‘All or Nothing’ featuring E3 Entertainment’s founder, producer, DJ and artist Sterling Reigns and not forgetting the final song, ‘Breathe’, elaborating a key message with the help of hip hop artist BREIS and singers Lauren and Keira.
