A thought-provoking song that leaves listeners questioning themselves and the people around them; ‘Outsider’ is the second single from South East London based rapper Jules.

After an exciting period with the previous single ‘We Never Run’, Jules has been wrapping up the creative process behind her anticipated EP ‘Identity: WHO AM I’. Wanting to be known as “always unpredictable”, Jules does a complete 180 and shows incredible growth in her lyrical journey by introducing her alter-ego Mrs Wordsmith.

The track presents various stories based on real-life occurrences (all names have been amended to protect identities) which deepens the harrowing theme and overall message. ‘Outsider’ channels poetic flows over hypnotic keys and eerie train announcement samples. Teaming up with former Hard II Kill member Sterling Reigns and aspiring Korean beatmaker P.Salm on production, ‘Outsider’ blurs the lines between reality and imagination.
